• Lead Role for the Wood and Metal Frames Sanding department and assemblement, where I lead 8+ employees at times to perform our daily task, we all collaborated in hitting our daily/weekly quotas for our part of production. We used Orbital sanders or hand sanded using various grit paper to sand frames and strainers. Attention to detail was a priority when it came to this department and my role. • Collaborated in the Joining process of the frames and strainers department and we did so with tools such as Screws; Gorilla Glue; Jigs; Clamps; Routers;Power actuated Nail guns etc. • Built Floater Frames for Canvas Pictures; Metal and Wood Cleats as Frames support; Wood crates for the shipping of the frames to the client. • Plexi Glass Cutter Operator. • I was in charge of advising management of know how much plexi glass is on hand/need/damaged. • We received annual picture frames of our choice as a part of an incentive bonus free of charge for hitting quotas.
