I was hired by my land lady to take care of the house she rents. out the yard. was over grown with weeds and trees i dug up the trees completely and. lifted up. all the soil. leaving a flat surface to start. The process of. laying down interlocking paving stones. this. Solution helped fix any overgrowth sense non. of the. tenets wanted to deal with yard work.
I was hired by my friends dad to help. repair his roof after a tree fell and left a major whole in the roof we. had to buy. new roofing. and in addition with coated the roof. with tar to ensure no leaking in the future over all the job took us about 4 hours to Complete.
Removed and replaced a cracked fill valve that was no longer refilling the tank properly. The old valve showed signs of age and water damage. Installed a new, adjustable fill valve to ensure proper water flow and tank fill levels. Also removed the corroded and rusted flush lever, which had deteriorated to the point of failure. Installed a new metal flush lever to restore full flushing functionality. Checked all connections for leaks and tested the toilet to ensure smooth operation and proper refill timing.
