Junior Plumber – Helper / Apprentice

Job Description

We are seeking a motivated Junior Plumber to join our team on a project in Queens. This is an excellent opportunity for someone early in their plumbing career to gain hands-on experience and grow within the trade. 2025 / 2026 NYC Projects

Responsibilities

• Assist with installation, repair, and maintenance of plumbing systems in commercial and residential buildings.
• Support senior plumbers with reading and interpreting blueprints and specifications.
• Measure, cut, and assemble pipes, fittings, and fixtures for water supply and drainage.
• Perform basic troubleshooting and report issues to supervisor.
• Test plumbing systems under guidance to check for leaks and functionality.
• Follow all safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized work area.
• Adhere to plumbing codes, regulations, and safety standards.

Requirements

• Previous plumbing or construction experience preferred, but not required.
• Strong work ethic and willingness to learn the trade.
• Basic knowledge of plumbing tools and materials.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in tight spaces.
• Must be reliable, punctual, and safety-conscious.
